Gwinn-Dell's King Midas UD, Can CDX, WC

GRCA Obedience Hall of Fame

#2 Obedience Golden in the USA

King was my foundation Golden.  My constant companion and heart-dog, King was a phenomenal obedience dog.  He retired with 33 High in Trial Awards in the 2.5 years I competed with him, and was # 2 Golden in the USA (my Mo-Bee was # 1) for 3 consecutive years.  He was # 1 obedience Sporting dog in Canada and # 6 obedience all breed in the USA.

Sir Mo-Bee-Oh Am/Can UD

GRCA Obedience Hall of Fame

#1 Obedience Golden in the USA

Mo-Bee belonged to my good friend and main competition, Charles MacKenzie.  When Mack became ill he asked if I would show Mo-Bee to keep up his #1 standing.  When Mack died, he left Mo-Bee to me.  I put the Canadian UD on him and kept him at #1 obedience Golden Retriever for the next 2 years.  Mo-Bee was #5 of all obedience dogs  in the USA.

Gwinn-Dell's King's Challenge UD WC

GRCA Obedience Hall of Fame

Challenge was my challenge.  Brain damaged from a high fever as a puppy, he was a special needs dog with many fear issues as a result of his illness.  People urged me to put him down.  He and I persevered.  He earned his UD with top scores and won the right to be in the Golden Retriever Club of America Hall of Fame with his High in Trials.  His wins mean more to be than all of the other awards my other top dogs earned.  Of all my beloved Goldens, I loved Challenge the most.

Gwinn-Dell's Golden Sonnet CD

Sonnet was my Mom's beloved companion for almost 16 years.  Beautiful and smart, Sonnet ruled the boys.  One lip curl and all submitted.
